This ride - at least in name - is one of the longest standing traditions at PMC, second only to the AMA Grand National Championship TT. The annual event is one that Bruce Walters himself originated and promoted for years.
We encourage all motorcycle riders to attend this event, which is open to the general public. We welcome cruisers, touring bikes, sport bikes, adventure bikes, dual-sport bikes, vintage bikes... even bikes with three wheels.
This year's ride took place on a beautiful sunny day with clear skys and warm temperatures. The changing Fall colors set a great backdrop for the 72 riders entered in this event. It was a perfect day for a ride, and for a delicious turkey dinner. And it definately wouldn't be Bruce's Turkey Run without that!
This ride is a Poker Run, with check points along the course, where riders draw playing cards. At the end of the ride, cash prizes are awarded to the best poker hands. This year's winners include:
Best Hand Bill Russell, Guest from Peoria - (4) 6's < Pictured on the Left
